RepairTech – Terms & Conditions

At RepairTech, all repairs are carried out with the customer experience and satisfaction in mind.

Repair Warranty

  • Duration: 90 days from the repair date
  • Covers: Labor and hardware parts
  • If issues reoccur within 90 days: We will repair or replace the hardware at our discretion, at no cost
  • After 90 days: Standard labor charges apply

Warranty Exclusions

We are not responsible for damages or costs caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Delays in production or repair
  • Failures of your electronic devices unrelated to our work

What Is Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We will repair or replace with new or refurbished parts at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, liquid spills, or misuse
  • Viruses, spyware, or corrupted software
  • Unauthorized service or repairs
  • Damage due to improper installation or peripherals
  • Loss or damage to software, data, or storage devices

Software Disclaimer

RepairTech provides no warranty on pre-installed or bundled software. All software is provided “AS IS” and may contain bugs. We are not liable for any issues arising from software use.

Data Storage Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data before service. RepairTech is not liable for any data loss during service.

Limited Liability

RepairTech Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Special, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damage to property or equipment

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

Pricing Policy

Refunds are based on the current selling price of the item, not the original purchase price. If the current price is higher, the refund will reflect the original purchase price.

In-Store Return Policy

Returns Within 7 Days

Defective products may be returned or exchanged if:

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and receipt are included
  • Product is in resalable condition
  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee

Items not eligible for return:

  • Physically damaged or modified products
  • Consumables (ink, paper, media, software, cables)

Ethernet Cables: Returnable within 7 days if unopened or in resalable condition. Opened cables incur a 20% restocking fee.

After 7 Days

Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 7 days. Products may still qualify for warranty service if:

  • No physical damage
  • Within valid warranty period
  • Proper documentation is provided
